Clean hotel in an amazing building really close to restaurants, Nusa Penida, and the famous Massimo Gelato shop. Reasonably spacious room overall, with so much space.

During my recent business trip to Sanur, Bali, I had the pleasure of staying at Holiday Inn Bali Sanur, An Ihg Hotel. The hotel was chosen by my director, and I must say it was an excellent choice. The hotel offers fantastic gym facilities on the second floor, perfect for those of us who like to maintain our fitness routine while traveling. The gym was well-equipped and had everything I needed for a good workout. Additionally, guests can take advantage of the outdoor pool, which provided a refreshing escape from the tropical heat. The hotel also boasts a range of amenities, including a rooftop swimming pool, offering a stunning view of the surrounding area. It was a great place to relax and unwind after a long day of meetings and work.

We had an excellent time. Units with a stylish bathroom. The service was all in all excellent! The hotel's location was perfect, close enough to the ocean as well as the beach and high street.

Truly enjoyed our rooms with a stylish bathroom. The staff was wonderfully helpful, as for 4-stars hotel. Besides, the location was unbeatable and exceptionally nice for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of Hardy's Sanur Eye Care Center.

our stay at this luxurious hotel was fantastic. The staff, especially Esa, were incredibly helpful and courteous throughout our time here. The breakfast provided an array of options, including a delightful egg station, fresh fruit platters, and tasty muesli and cereal. The swimming pool on the rooftop was not huge, but it was perfect for a few laps and offered a stunning view of the beach. Additionally, there were numerous great restaurants within easy walking distance, as well as excellent massage places nearby.

Its location is marvellous close to the famous Massimo Gelato shop, the beach and high street, and restaurants. The rooms are bright and beautiful, with climate control, an individual safe and multi-channel television. Super-friendly and incredibly nice staff provides a perfect service.

We loved how close this hotel was to the beach. We could access the sandy beach within minutes of leaving the hotel. The hotel facilities were modern, and cleanliness was outstanding. The staff was very welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. Plus, the breakfast spread offered a wide range of options.

The hotel was located in the heart of the city and just a short walking distance from the beach. The room was spacious, clean, and had modern amenities. The rooftop pool area was great for relaxing.

We had a bad experience with the service provided by the hotel. They asked us to pay for the entire stay upfront, which we found inconvenient.

The value for money at the hotel was great, with clean and comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk to the beach and close to supermarkets and dining options.

The morning meal could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

Our stay was lovely. We were pleased with the location close to the beach without being on it. The room design was modern, the bathroom clean and well-equipped with quality resources. The staff was attentive and learned our names quickly, providing excellent service. Breakfast offered a rich variety of food. The rooftop pool and bar were relaxing and clean, with showers and toilets available. They also had children's tableware available. We were very happy with the late check-out, free of charge, and the hotel’s solution-oriented approach to all problems.

The restaurant could be improved as it had limited food options, and some guests commented the staff was not very responsive.

The breakfast was good with a fresh egg station and a decent selection of fruits and cereals. the rooftop pool was a good size with great sun loungers. the staff were very polite and helpful.

The hotel lacked adequate storage space, which was an issue especially for those staying longer periods. the toilets were too chilly.

The rooms at Holiday Inn Bali Sanur were excellent, with comfortable beds, a smart TV, and a premium feeling bathroom. The hotel also had a cozy couch and provided 4 bottles of water daily. The rooftop pool was great, and the location was just a minute's walk from the beach, with good restaurants nearby.

Felt safe and secure, nothing too much trouble.

The bathroom had a premium feel and there was even a cozy couch in the room. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist. Breakfast had a good variety of options and housekeeping kept the room stocked with water. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and also close to supermarkets, shopping, and dining options.
